Something is missing from a call

The transcript, recording and summary are produced at different moments, so "missing" means something different depending on which one.

No summary yet is expected on a recent call. The transcript is tidied up first and the summary written from it, usually a minute or two after the call ends. A summary still missing on a call from hours ago is worth reporting.

No transcript at all usually means a very short call. Someone who hung up within a couple of seconds leaves nothing to transcribe.

A garbled transcript is line quality. Poor signal, background noise and speakerphone all degrade it, and names suffer worst. The recording is the fallback when you need to know exactly what was said.

No recording on a very recent call may still be processing. If the audio fails to load on an older call, reload the page.

Nothing at all for a call that definitely happened

Check that you're looking at the right agent, that a filter isn't hiding it (Reset clears them), and that the call wasn't from a withheld number you've since searched for by contact.

No notification about it

First, do the calls themselves exist? Open Conversations. If there are none at all, the problem isn't notifications; see nobody answered the call.

No emails? Check spam, then search your inbox for "dialup". Emails go to your account email address, which Settings shows. If the daily digest is on, you get one email at your chosen hour instead of one per call.

No texts? SMS notifications are in beta and can't be switched on from the app yet, so unless we've enabled them for your agent there's nothing to arrive. See notifications. If they are enabled, check the notification phone number is set, in full international form, and that it's that field rather than the public phone.

Reporting it

Email team@dialup.lv with the agent, the caller's number and the time of the call, and say which of the three is missing.
