Plans differ in included minutes as well as features.See current prices

After Hours and After Hours Plus are the same product. Plus includes more minutes each month and charges a lower rate beyond them.

Dialup Desk is the one that changes what the agent can do. It includes the appointment calendar, so the agent can check availability and book, move or cancel an appointment during a call. Without it, the agent answers questions about your services and hours as usual, but takes a message when someone wants an appointment.

Everything else is on every plan: answering calls, summaries, transcripts, recordings, notifications, callback requests, the contacts list, and one phone number.

Choosing

Start from minutes, unless you want bookings taken on the call. Estimate how many calls you miss in a month and how long they run: ten missed calls a week at three minutes each is around 120 minutes.

Go up a tier if you're near the limit. A lower plan plus heavy overage usually costs more than the next plan up, and the higher plan's per-minute rate is lower.

The four states

Subscriptions belong to the agent, not to your account, and we activate them by hand after review.

StateWhat it means
No subscriptionA new agent. Editable, but no number and no calls
RequestedWe're reviewing it. Still no number. You can cancel and pick a different plan
ActiveA number is assigned, the agent answers, minutes count
ExpiredIt's lapsed. The agent stops answering

When a subscription expires nothing is deleted. Conversations, transcripts, recordings, summaries, contacts, appointments and all your business information stay where they are, and the agent picks up where it left off once a subscription is active again. On Dialup Desk the Calendar tab disappears until then.

Calls arriving after a subscription ends are not answered and are not recorded anywhere. If you're letting one lapse, cancel your call forwarding too.

Billing in the sidebar shows every agent and the state of its subscription in one place.

Changing or cancelling

If you've requested a plan and changed your mind before it's approved, cancel the request from the agent or the billing page, then request the right one.

For anything else, including moving up a tier, moving down, ending an active subscription, or a question about an invoice, email team@dialup.lv. Worth doing promptly if you're moving up mid-month because you're running into overage.

Ending a subscription is not the same as deleting the agent, which removes all its data permanently. See deleting an agent or your account.
