Deleting an agent or your account
To stop an agent answering for a while, two reversible options. Cancel the forwarding and your own phone rings again, while the agent and its history stay where they are. Or let the subscription end, which stops the agent answering and keeps your data.
Either is better than deleting, which can't be undone.
Deleting an agent
An agent on an active subscription can't be deleted. Cancel the subscription first, then delete it once the plan has ended. A plan that's still running keeps the number live and the agent answering, whether or not you can still see it.
Once the plan has ended: agent Settings → More options → Delete Agent. You're asked to type the agent's name to confirm, because this removes the agent and its data: conversations, transcripts, recordings, summaries, contacts and appointments.
Cancel the forwarding to that agent's number first, or callers reach a number with nothing behind it. See getting calls to your agent.
Deleting your account
This isn't self-serve yet. Email team@dialup.lv and we'll do it for you, across every agent on the account.
Before you ask: cancel every call forward, save anything you need, and note any upcoming appointments, which disappear with the calendar.
If you're deleting because something isn't working, email team@dialup.lv first. Most of what sends people to this page is a setup problem with a fix.
